s 31 Fixing of maximum prices for reselling electricity
(1) This section applies to electricity supplied to premises by a person who is authorized by a licence to supply electricity.
(2) The Commission may from time to time fix the maximum prices at which electricity under this section may be resold and may publish the prices so fixed in such manner as in the opinion of the Commission will secure adequate publicity for them.
(3) Different prices may be fixed for different cases which may be determined by reference to the area, tariff or any other relevant factor.
(4) If any person resells electricity at a price exceeding the maximum price fixed under this section the amount of the excess shall be recoverable by the person to whom the electricity was resold.

Pemastian harga maksimum bagi penjualan semula elektrik
(1) Seksyen ini terpakai bagi elektrik yang dibekalkan pada premis oleh seseorang yang dibenarkan oleh suatu lesen untuk membekalkan elektrik.
(2) Suruhanjaya boleh dari semasa ke semasa memastikan harga maksimum yang dengannya elektrik di bawah seksyen ini boleh dijual semula dan boleh menyiarkan harga yang dipastikan sedemikian mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang pada pendapat Suruhanjaya dapat menjamin publisiti yang mencukupi untuknya.
(3) Harga berlainan boleh dipastikan bagi hal-hal berlainan yang boleh ditentukan melalui rujukan kepada kawasan, tarif atau apa-apa faktor relevan lain.
(4) Jika mana-mana orang menjual semula elektrik pada harga yang melebihi harga maksimum yang dipastikan di bawah seksyen ini, amaun lebih itu hendaklah didapatkan kembali oleh orang yang kepadanya elektrik itu dijual semula.
