Electricity Supply Act 1990 s 44
In the case of a conviction involving a fine the court imposing the fine may, on the application of the officer conducting the prosecution, direct the payment of any part of the fine but not exceeding one half of such fine in such proportion as the court deems fit to the person who gave the information leading to the conviction.

Dalam hal suatu sabitan yang melibatkan denda, mahkamah yang mengenakan denda itu boleh, atas permohonan pegawai yang menjalankan pendakwaan, mengarahkan pembayaran kepada orang yang telah memberi maklumat yang membawa kepada sabitan itu akan apa-apa bahagian denda itu tetapi tidak melebihi setengah daripada denda itu mengikut apa-apa kadar sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh mahkamah.
