s 45B Penentuan standard pepasangan atau kelengkapan

Suruhanjaya boleh menentukan standard yang boleh dipakai bagi apa-apa pepasangan atau kelengkapan dan standard itu sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam apa-apa peraturan, kod atau garis panduan yang dibuat atau dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini.
