s 9E Perkiraan bagi perolehan elektrik

Dalam menjalankan fungsinya di bawah perenggan 4(d), apa-apa perkiraan oleh pemegang lesen atau Pembeli Tunggal bagi perolehan elektrik melalui rangkaian penghantaran elektrik, hendaklah tertakluk kepada kelulusan Suruhanjaya.
