Abattoirs (Privatization) Act 1993 s 18
(1) Any notice required to be served on a licensed operator under this Act shall be served— (a) by delivering the notice personally to the licensed operator; or (b) by posting the notice by registered post addressed to the licensed operator. (2) Where a notice is posted in accordance with paragraph (1)(b), the notice shall be deemed to have been served on the licensed operator on the expiry of one week from the date it is posted.
Penyampaian notis
(1) Apa-apa notis yang dikehendaki disampaikan kepada seseorang pengendali berlesen di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disampaikan— (a) dengan menghantarserahkan notis itu kepada pengendali berlesen itu sendiri; atau (b) dengan mengeposkan notis itu melalui pos berdaftar yang dialamatkan kepada pengendali berlesen itu. (2) Jika sesuatu notis telah diposkan mengikut perenggan (1) (b), notis itu hendaklah disifatkan telah disampaikan kepada pengendali berlesen itu apabila tamat tempoh satu minggu dari tarikh notis itu diposkan.
