Abattoirs (Privatization) Act 1993 s 19
Any fees collected and retained by any person in respect of the operation of any abattoir pursuant to any agreement, lease or tenancy entered into before the date of commencement of this Act between the Government of Malaysia and such person is hereby validated and deemed to have been lawfully collected and retained by such person.

Apa-apa fi yang dipungut dan disimpan oleh mana-mana orang berkenaan dengan pengendalian mana-mana rumah penyembelihan menurut apa-apa perjanjian, pajakan atau penyewaan yang telah dibuat sebelum tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini antara Kerajaan Malaysia dan orang itu adalah dengan ini disahkan dan disifatkan telah dipungut dan disimpan dengan sahnya oleh orang itu.
