s 12 When interim protection order may be sought
An interim protection order may be sought pending investigations by the police following an information relating to the commission of an offence involving domestic violence.

Suatu perintah perlindungan interim boleh diminta sementara menunggu penyiasatan oleh pihak polis berikutan maklumat yang berhubungan dengan pelakuan suatu kesalahan yang melibatkan keganasan rumah tangga.
