s 11 Rehabilitation programme, etc.
(1) The court may, in an application in which a protection order is sought, in addition to issuing a protection order, make an order that one or more of the parties to the dispute be referred to a rehabilitation programme, provided that an order to refer the victim to a rehabilitation programme shall be made only with the consent of the victim.
(2) The court hearing a claim for compensation under section 10 may also make the order under subsection (1).
(3) When considering any question relating to the making of an order under subsection (1) the court may, whenever it is practicable, take the advice of a social welfare officer or some other trained or experienced person.
(4) In this section, βrehabilitation programmeβ means the programme provided by the Ministry responsible for welfare services for the purposes of family and community development.

Program pemulihan, dsb.
(1) Mahkamah boleh, dalam suatu permohonan yang suatu perintah perlindungan diminta, sebagai tambahan kepada pengeluaran suatu perintah perlindungan, membuat suatu perintah bahawa satu pihak atau lebih kepada pertikaian itu dirujuk kepada suatu program pemulihan, dengan syarat bahawa suatu perintah untuk merujuk mangsa kepada suatu program pemulihan hendaklah dibuat hanya dengan persetujuan mangsa itu.

(2) Mahkamah yang mendengar suatu tuntutan bagi pampasan di bawah seksyen 10 boleh juga membuat perintah di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) Apabila menimbangkan apa-apa persoalan yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan sesuatu perintah di bawah subseksyen (1), mahkamah boleh, apabila ia dapat dilaksanakan, mengambil nasihat seseorang pegawai kebajikan masyarakat atau mana-mana orang lain yang terlatih atau berpengalaman.
(4) Dalam seksyen ini, βprogram pemulihanβ ertinya program yang disediakan oleh Kementerian yang bertanggungjawab bagi perkhidmatan kebajikan bagi maksud pembangunan keluarga dan masyarakat.
