Where a person against whom a protection order has been made contravenes the protection order, the court may, in addition to any penalty provided for under section 8, make or make anew, as the case may be, any one or more of the orders under subsection 6(1), to commence from such date as is specified in such new order.
Pembuatan atau pembaharuan perintah apabila perintah perlindungan dilanggar
Jika seseorang yang terhadapnya suatu perintah perlindungan telah dibuat melanggar perintah perlindungan itu, mahkamah boleh, sebagai tambahan kepada mana-mana penalti yang diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 8, membuat atau membuat baharu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, mana-mana satu perintah atau lebih di bawah subseksyen 6(1) untuk mula berkuat kuasa dari apa-apa tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam perintah baharu itu.
