Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 1
(1) This Act may be cited as the Public Trust Corporation Act 1995. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into force of all or different provisions of this Act in respect of different States or parts of Malaysia.
Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Perbadanan Amanah Raya 1995. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi mula berkuat kuasanya semua atau peruntukan yang berlainan dalam Akta ini berkenaan dengan Negeri atau bahagian yang berlainan di Malaysia.
