Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 37
(1) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with the annual audited accounts of each financial year within such time and in such form as the Minister may prescribe. (2) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with all such returns, reports, accounts and information with respect to its property, investments and activities as the Minister may from time to time require.
Akaun tahunan, dsb.
(1) Perbadanan hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Menteri akaun tahunan teraudit bagi setiap tahun kewangan dalam apa-apa masa dan bentuk yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri. (2) Perbadanan hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Menteri segala penyata, laporan, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan harta, pelaburan dan aktivitinya yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
