Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 38
(1) The Corporation may apply to the Court for direction upon any matter arising out of the performance of any function or duty or the exercise of any power of the Corporation under sections 15 to 21. (2) The performance of any function or duty or the exercise of any power of the Corporation under sections 15 to 21 shall be judicially reviewable.
Permohonan kepada Mahkamah
(1) Perbadanan boleh membuat permohonan kepada Mahkamah untuk mendapatkan arahan atas apa-apa perkara yang timbul daripada pelaksanaan mana-mana fungsi atau tugas atau penjalanan mana-mana kuasa Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 15 hingga 21. (2) Pelaksanaan mana-mana fungsi atau tugas atau penjalanan mana-mana kuasa Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 15 hingga 21 bolehlah disemak secara kehakiman.
