Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 s 39
Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law, in any proceeding involving the Corporation, any officer of the Corporation approved by the Minister by notification in the Gazette may, on behalf of the Corporation, institute, appear in and conduct such proceeding and may make and do all appearances, acts and applications in respect of such proceedings.

Walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, dalam apa-apa prosiding yang melibatkan Perbadanan, mana-mana pegawai Perbadanan yang diluluskan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta boleh, bagi pihak Perbadanan, memulakan, hadir dalam dan menjalankan prosiding itu dan boleh membuat dan melakukan segala kehadiran, tindakan dan permohonan berkenaan dengan prosiding itu.
