(1) The Minister may make rules in respect of—
(a) any matters for which rules are expressly permitted to be made under this Act;
(b) the performance of the functions and duties or the exercise of the powers of the Corporation under sections 15 to 21;
(c) procedures and proceedings in respect of any matter under sections 15 to 21;
(d) any matter relating to the Group Investment Fund for which directions may be given under section 31; and
(e) any other matter generally to give effect to the objectives of this Act.
(2) Before making any rules, the Minister shall—
(a) have regard to Part III; and
(b) consult the Corporation as to the matters to be dealt with in the rules.
(3) The Minister may make such rules as he considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulty occasioned by the coming into force of this Act, and any such rules may be so made as to have effect from the commencement of this Act.

Kuasa untuk membuat kaedah-kaedah
(1) Menteri boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah berkenaan dengan—
(a) apa-apa perkara yang baginya kaedah-kaedah adalah dibenarkan dengan nyata untuk dibuat di bawah Akta ini;
(b) pelaksanaan fungsi dan tugas atau penjalanan kuasa Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 15 hingga 21;
(c) tatacara dan prosiding berkenaan dengan apa-apa perkara di bawah seksyen 15 hingga 21;
(d) apa-apa perkara berhubungan dengan Kumpulan Wang Pelaburan Kumpulan yang baginya arahan boleh diberikan di bawah seksyen 31; dan
(e) apa-apa perkara lain secara amnya untuk memberikan kuat kuasa kepada objektif Akta ini.
(2) Sebelum membuat apa-apa kaedah-kaedah, Menteri hendaklah—
(a) mengambil kira Bahagian III; dan
(b) berunding dengan Perbadanan tentang perkara yang akan diperkatakan dalam kaedah-kaedah itu.
(3) Menteri boleh membuat apa-apa kaedah-kaedah yang difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat bagi maksud menghapuskan apa-apa kesulitan yang disebabkan oleh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini dan apa-apa kaedah-kaedah itu boleh dibuat sedemikian supaya mempunyai kuat kuasa dari mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini.
