Town Planners Act 1995 s 39
For the purpose of this Part, there shall be established an Appeal Board consisting of— (a) a Judge of the High Court or a former Judge of the High Court, as the Chairman, who shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong after consultation with the Chief Justice; and (b) two other persons appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Lembaga Rayuan
Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, maka hendaklah ditubuhkan suatu Lembaga Rayuan yang terdiri daripada― (a) seorang Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi atau seorang bekas Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi, sebagai Pengerusi, yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong selepas berunding dengan Ketua Hakim Negara; dan (b) dua orang lain yang dilantik oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
