Standards of Malaysia Act 1996 s 14

s 14 Committees

Notwithstanding section 13, the Council may, subject to the prior approval of the Minister, establish such committees as the Council deems necessary for the discharge of its duties or functions or for any purpose arising out of or connected with any of its duties or functions.

Walau apa pun seksyen 13, Majlis boleh, tertakluk kepada kelulusan Menteri terlebih dahulu, menubuhkan apa-apa jawatankuasa yang difikirkannya perlu bagi menunaikan kewajipannya atau fungsinya, atau bagi apa-apa maksud yang berbangkit daripada atau yang berkaitan dengan mana-mana kewajipannya atau fungsinya.
