Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 32

s 32 Regulations on registration of chief executive

Without prejudice to the generality of the powers of the Minister to make regulations, the Minister may make regulations as to the procedure on the registration of the chief executive and may prescribe the fee to be imposed for such registration.

Tanpa menjejaskan keluasan kuasa Menteri untuk membuat peraturan-peraturan, Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan tentang tatacara pendaftaran ketua eksekutif dan boleh menetapkan fi yang hendak dikenakan bagi pendaftaran itu.
