Private Higher Educational Institutions Act 1996 s 57
The decision of the Minister and the Registrar General in this Part shall be arrived at on the basis of the documents relating to the matter before them, and there shall be no oral hearing therefor.
Keputusan hendaklah berdasarkan dokumen dan pendengaran secara lisan tidak dibenarkan
Keputusan Menteri dan Ketua Pendaftar dalam Bahagian ini hendaklah dibuat berdasarkan dokumen berhubungan dengan perkara di hadapan mereka, dan tidak boleh diadakan pendengaran secara lisan mengenainya.
