s 12 Term of office

Subject to sections 10, 13 and 14, a member of the Foundation or the Board other than an ex officio member shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one successive term only.

Tempoh jawatan

Tertakluk kepada seksyen 10, 13 dan 14, seseorang anggota Yayasan atau Lembaga selain daripada anggota ex-officio hendaklah memegang jawatan selama tempoh yang tidak melebihi tiga tahun dan adalah layak dilantik semula bagi satu tempoh berturutan saja.
