(1) A member of the Foundation or the Board may at any time resign his office by written notice addressed to— (a) the Minister, in the case of the Chairman; or (b) the Chairman, in the case of any other member. (2) The Minister may at any time revoke, without assigning any reason therefor, the appointment of a member of the Foundation or the Board if he thinks it is expedient to do so.
Peletakan jawatan dan pembatalan pelantikan
(1) Seseorang anggota Yayasan atau Lembaga boleh pada bila-bila masa meletakkan jawatannya dengan menghantar notis bertulis kepada— (a) Menteri, dalam hal Pengerusi; atau (b) Pengerusi, dalam hal anggota lain. (2) Menteri boleh pada bila-bila masa membatalkan, tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab baginya, pelantikan seseorang anggota Yayasan atau Lembaga jika difikirkannya suai manfaat untuk dia berbuat demikian.
