s 20 Expenditure charged on the Fund
The Fund shall be expended for the purpose of—
(a) paying any expenditure lawfully incurred by the Foundation or the Board including fees and costs, legal or otherwise, and the remuneration of officers and servants employed by the Foundation, including the granting of loans, superannuation allowances or gratuities;
(b) paying any other expenses, costs or expenditure properly incurred or accepted by the Foundation or the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act;
(c) purchasing or hiring equipment, machinery and any other materials, acquiring land and erecting buildings and carrying out any other works and undertakings of the Foundation or the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act;
(d) generally, paying any expenses for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Perbelanjaan yang dipertanggungkan pada Kumpulan Wang
Kumpulan Wang hendaklah digunakan bagi maksud—
(a) membayar apa-apa perbelanjaan yang telah dilakukan dengan sah oleh Yayasan atau Lembaga termasuk fi dan kos, sama ada fi guaman atau selainnya, dan saraan pegawai dan pekhidmat yang diambil bekerja oleh Yayasan, termasuk pemberian pinjaman, elaun persaraan atau ganjaran;
(b) membayar apa-apa belanja, kos atau perbelanjaan lain yang sebenarnya dilakukan atau disetuju terima oleh Yayasan atau Lembaga dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini;
(c) membeli atau menyewa kelengkapan, jentera dan apa-apa bahan lain, memperoleh tanah dan mendirikan bangunan dan menjalankan apa-apa kerja dan usaha lain Yayasan atau Lembaga dalam pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini;
(d) secara amnya, membayar apa-apa belanja bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
