Evidence Act 1950 s 68

s 68 Proof of execution of document required by law to be attested

If a document is required by law to be attested, it shall not be used as evidence until one attesting witness at least has been called for the purpose of proving its execution, if there is an attesting witness alive and subject to the process of the court and capable of giving evidence.

Pembuktian penyempurnaan dokumen yang dikehendaki oleh undang-undang supaya diaku saksi

Jika sesuatu dokumen dikehendaki oleh undang-undang supaya diaku saksi, dokumen itu tidaklah boleh digunakan sebagai keterangan sehingga sekurang-kurangnya seorang saksi yang mengakusaksinya telah dipanggil bagi maksud membuktikan penyempurnaannya, jika saksi yang mengakusaksinya masih hidup dan dia tertakluk kepada proses mahkamah dan berupaya memberikan keterangan.
