Evidence Act 1950 s 69
s 69 Proof where no attesting witness found
If no such attesting witness can be found, or if the document purports to have been executed in the United Kingdom, it must be proved that the attestation of one attesting witness at least is in his handwriting, and that the signature of the person executing the document is in the handwriting of that person.

Pembuktian jika saksi yang mengaku saksi tidak ditemui
Jika saksi yang mengaku saksi itu tidak ditemui, atau jika dokumen itu berupa sebagai telah disempurnakan di United Kingdom, mestilah dibuktikan bahawa pengakusaksian oleh sekurang-kurangnya seorang saksi yang mengaku saksi itu ialah tulisan tangannya, dan bahawa tandatangan orang yang menyempurnakan dokumen itu adalah dalam tulisan tangan orang itu.
