Syariah Criminal Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1997 s 95
s 95 When persons may be charged jointly
When more than one person are accused of the same offence or of different offences committed in the same transaction, or when one person is accused of committing an offence and another of abetment of or attempt to commit the same offence, they may be charged and tried together or separately as the Court thinks fit.

Bila orang boleh dipertuduh bersesama
Apabila lebih daripada seorang dituduh atas kesalahan yang sama atau kesalahan yang berlainan yang dilakukan dalam transaksi yang sama, atau apabila seseorang dituduh melakukan suatu kesalahan dan seseorang yang lain dituduh bersubahat atau cuba melakukan kesalahan yang sama, maka mereka boleh dipertuduh dan dibicarakan bersama atau berasingan sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Mahkamah.
