Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Act 1997 s 7
s 7 The Board of Management
(1) There is established the Board of Management of the Perbadanan which shall exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Perbadanan.
(2) The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a) the Chairman;
(b) the Attorney General or his representative;
(c) the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance or his representative;
(d) the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education or his representative;
(da) the Secretary General of the Ministry of Education or his representative;
(e) the chief executive officer of the Inland Revenue Board or his representative;
(f) the Chief Executive; and
(g) not more than five other members.
(3) The Chairman and members of the Board under paragraph (2)(g) shall be appointed by the Minister.
(4) The Chairman and members of the Board under paragraph
(2)(g) shall be from amongst persons of standing, achievement and experience in the academic field or from amongst professionals who possess relevant experience in educational, financial or commercial matters.

Lembaga Pengurusan
(1) Maka adalah ditubuhkan Lembaga Pengurusan Perbadanan yang hendaklah menjalankan kuasa dan melaksanakan fungsi Perbadanan.
(2) Lembaga hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota yang berikut:
(a) Pengerusi;
(b) Peguam Negara atau wakilnya;
(c) Ketua Setiausaha Negara Kementerian Kewangan atau wakilnya;
(d) Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi atau wakilnya;
(da) Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Pelajaran atau wakilnya;
(e) ketua pegawai eksekutif Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri atau wakilnya;
(f) Ketua Eksekutif; dan
(g) tidak lebih daripada lima orang anggota yang lain.
(3) Pengerusi dan anggota Lembaga di bawah perenggan 2(g) hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri.
(4) Pengerusi dan anggota Lembaga di bawah perenggan (2)(g) hendaklah terdiri daripada kalangan orang yang berjaya, mempunyai kedudukan dan berpengalaman dalam bidang akademik atau daripada kalangan profesional yang mempunyai pengalaman yang relevan dalam hal-hal pendidikan, kewangan atau komersial.
