s 8 Staff
(1) The successor company shall accept into its employment on the vesting date every person who immediately before that date is a member of the staff of the Authority and who was given an option by the Authority and has opted to serve as an employee of the successor company.
(2) Every person who opts under subsection (1) to serve as an employee of the successor company shall be employed by the successor company on terms and conditions of service not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service to which he was entitled immediately before the vesting date.

Kakitangan
(1) Syarikat pengganti hendaklah menerima ke dalam penggajiannya pada tarikh peletakhakan tiap-tiap orang yang sebaik sebelum tarikh itu ialah anggota kakitangan Lembaga dan yang telah diberi pilihan oleh Lembaga dan telah membuat pilihan untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekerja syarikat pengganti itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap orang yang telah membuat pilihan di bawah subseksyen (1) untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekerja syarikat pengganti hendaklah diambil kerja oleh syarikat pengganti itu atas terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang tidak kurang baiknya daripada terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang kepadanya dia berhak sebaik sebelum tarikh peletakhakan.
