Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 s 54

s 54 Seized oil palm product, etc., liable to forfeiture

Any oil palm product or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article seized in exercise of any power conferred under this Act shall be liable to forfeiture.
