Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 s 55

s 55 Property in forfeited oil palm product, etc.

Any oil palm product or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article forfeited or taken and deemed to be forfeited under this Part shall be the property of the Board.
