s 101 Evidence by affidavit
The Court may, at or before the trial of any proceedings, order that the affidavit of any witness to be read at the trial if in the circumstances of the case it thinks it reasonable so to order.

Mahkamah boleh, pada masa atau sebelum perbicaraan apa-apa prosiding, memerintahkan supaya afidavit mana-mana saksi dibacakan pada perbicaraan itu jika dalam hal keadaan kes itu difikirkannya munasabah untuk memerintahkan sedemikian.
