s 103 Number of persons in subpoena
(1) Every subpoena other than a subpoena to produce documents or things may include the names of two or more persons. (2) A subpoena to produce documents or things shall contain the name of one person only.

Bilangan orang dalam sepina
(1) Tiap-tiap sepina selain sepina supaya dokumen atau benda dikemukakan boleh memasukkan nama dua orang atau lebih. (2) Suatu sepina supaya dokumen atau benda dikemukakan hendaklah mengandungi nama seorang sahaja.
