Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 153
s 153 Execution by or against person not being a party
(1) Any person, not being a party to a cause or matter, who obtains an order or in whose favour an order is made, shall be entitled to enforce obedience to the order by the same process as if he were a party in the cause or matter.
(2) Any person, not being a party to a cause or matter, against whom obedience to any judgment or order may be enforced, shall be liable to the same process for enforcing obedience to the judgment or order as if he were a party in the cause or matter.

Pelaksanaan oleh atau terhadap orang yang bukan pihak
(1) Mana-mana orang, yang bukan pihak dalam sesuatu kausa atau perkara, yang mendapat suatu perintah atau yang bagi faedahnya suatu perintah dibuat, berhak menguatkuasakan pematuhan perintah itu melalui proses yang sama seolah-olah dia ialah pihak dalam kausa atau perkara itu.
(2) Mana-mana orang, yang bukan pihak dalam sesuatu kausa atau perkara, yang terhadapnya pematuhan mana-mana penghakiman atau perintah boleh dikuatkuasakan, boleh dikenakan proses yang sama bagi menguatkuasakan pematuhan penghakiman atau perintah itu seolah-olah dia ialah pihak dalam kausa atau perkara itu.
