s 154 Leave to issue order of execution
(1) An order for execution to enforce a judgment or an order shall not issue without the leave of the Court—
(a) if the judgment or order is subject to any condition or contingency;
(b) if at any time six years or more have lapsed since the date of the judgment or order;
(c) if any change has taken place by death, assignment or otherwise in the parties entitled or liable to execution under the judgment or order;
(d) if the judgment creditor desires to enforce the judgment against any person other than the judgment debtor named in the judgment;
(e) if an order of committal is outstanding;
(f) except as provided in subsection 134(2), if an order for payment by instalments is in force; or
(g) if execution has been stayed by the Court.
(2) An application for leave to execute may be made ex parte, but the Court may order service of the application on any party or person concerned.
(3) The Court shall, if it is satisfied that the order for execution should be issued, grant leave in accordance with the application.

Kebenaran untuk mengeluarkan perintah pelaksanaan
(1) Suatu perintah bagi pelaksanaan bagi menguatkuasakan sesuatu penghakiman atau perintah tidak boleh dikeluarkan tanpa kebenaran Mahkamah—
(a) jika penghakiman atau perintah itu tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat atau kontingensi;
(b) jika pada bila-bila masa enam tahun atau lebih telah berlalu sejak tarikh penghakiman atau perintah itu;
(c) jika apa-apa perubahan telah berlaku disebabkan oleh kematian, serah hak atau selainnya pada pihak-pihak yang berhak kepada atau yang boleh dikenakan pelaksanaan di bawah penghakiman atau perintah itu;
(d) jika pemiutang penghakiman berhasrat menguatkuasakan penghakiman itu terhadap mana-mana orang selain penghutang penghakiman yang dinamakan dalam penghakiman itu;
(e) jika suatu perintah pengkomitan masih berkuat kuasa;
(f) kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam subseksyen 134(2), jika suatu perintah untuk pembayaran secara ansuran masih berkuat kuasa; atau
(g) jika pelaksanaan telah digantung oleh Mahkamah.
(2) Permohonan untuk mendapatkan kebenaran pelaksanaan boleh dibuat secara ex parte, tetapi Mahkamah boleh memerintahkan supaya permohonan itu disampaikan kepada mana-mana pihak atau orang yang berkenaan.
(3) Mahkamah hendaklah, jika Mahkamah berpuas hati bahawa perintah bagi pelaksanaan itu patut dikeluarkan, memberikan kebenaran mengikut permohonan itu.
