Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 162
Money, invested funds or other property of the judgment debtor in or under the control of the Court which gives the judgment may, if an order for execution has been made, be applied with the leave of the Court towards satisfaction of the judgment debt, and investment and property other than money may for such purposes be ordered to be sold.
Wang dan harta di dalam Mahkamah
Wang, kumpulan wang yang dilaburkan atau harta lain penghutang penghakiman dalam atau di bawah kawalan Mahkamah yang memberikan penghakiman itu boleh, jika suatu perintah bagi pelaksanaan telah dibuat, digunakan dengan kebenaran Mahkamah untuk menunaikan hutang penghakiman itu, dan pelaburan serta harta selain wang boleh diperintahkan supaya dijual untuk tujuan itu.
