s 25 Consent on behalf of person under disability
A consent or waiver which is given on behalf of a person under disability by his guardian ad litem with the approval of the Court shall be binding on the person under disability.

Sesuatu persetujuan yang diberikan atau pengetepian yang dibuat bagi pihak seorang orang tak berkeupayaan oleh penjaga ad litemnya dengan kelulusan Mahkamah hendaklah mengikat orang tak berkeupayaan itu.
