Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 26
Where a plaintiff is a person under disability— (a) no settlement or compromise shall be valid without the Court’s sanction; (b) all money or other property recovered for the plaintiff in, or in consequence of, the action shall be paid into Court or deposited in Court unless the Court otherwise orders.
Peruntukan am tentang ketakupayaan
Jika plaintif ialah seorang orang tak berkeupayaan— (a) tiada penyelesaian atau kompromi boleh menjadi sah tanpa keizinan Mahkamah; (b) semua wang atau harta lain yang diperoleh untuk plaintif dalam, atau berbangkit daripada, tindakan itu hendaklah dibayar ke dalam Mahkamah atau didepositkan di Mahkamah melainkan jika Mahkamah memerintahkan selainnya.
