Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 36
(1) Where a party desires to change his Peguam Syarie, he shall file a notice of change in Form MS 6 and serve a copy of the notice on all parties. (2) Section 34 shall apply in relation to a change of Peguam Syarie as it applies in relation to the appointment of the Peguam Syarie.
Menukar Peguam Syarie
(1) Jika suatu pihak berhasrat menukar Peguam Syarienya, dia hendaklah memfailkan suatu notis penukaran dalam Borang MS 6 dan menyampaikan suatu salinan notis itu kepada semua pihak. (2) Seksyen 34 hendaklah terpakai berhubungan dengan penukaran Peguam Syarie sebagaimana seksyen itu terpakai berhubungan dengan pelantikan Peguam Syarie.
