s 37 Discharge of Peguam Syarie
Where a party desires to discharge his Peguam Syarie, he shall file a notice of change in Form MS 7 and serve a copy of the notice on all parties.

Jika suatu pihak berhasrat melepaskan Peguam Syarienya, dia hendaklah memfailkan suatu notis pelepasan dalam Borang MS 7 dan menyampaikan suatu salinan notis itu kepada semua pihak.
