s 38 Discharge on application of Peguam Syarie
Where a Peguam Syarie representing a party applies to be discharged, he shall file a notice of withdrawal in Form MS 8 and serve a copy of the notice on the party he represented.

Jika Peguam Syarie yang mewakili sesuatu pihak memohon untuk dilepaskan, dia hendaklah memfailkan suatu notis penarikan diri dalam Borang MS 8 dan menyampaikan suatu salinan notis itu kepada pihak yang diwakilinya.
