s 42 Non-acceptance
Where the person required to be served with a summons or other document refuses to accept the summons, document or copy thereof, it may be left near him and his attention shall be directed to it.

Jika orang yang kepadanya sesuatu saman atau dokumen lain dikehendaki disampaikan enggan menerima saman, dokumen itu atau salinannya, saman, dokumen atau salinannya itu bolehlah ditinggalkan berhampiran dengannya dan perhatiannya diarahkan kepada saman, dokumen atau salinannya itu.
