s 43 Service on Peguam Syarie
A summons or other document may be served on the Peguam Syarie of any party who has filed a wakalah in accordance with section 34 except as otherwise provided by this Act.

Sesuatu saman atau dokumen lain boleh disampaikan kepada Peguam Syarie mana-mana pihak yang telah memfailkan wakalah mengikut seksyen 34 kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan selainnya oleh Akta ini.
