s 53 Form of order
An order for service out of the jurisdiction shall fix the day of appearance of the person to be served and the Court shall have regard to and may require evidence as to means of communication and transport.

Suatu perintah bagi penyampaian di luar bidang kuasa hendaklah menetapkan hari kehadiran orang yang kepadanya penyampaian hendak dibuat dan Mahkamah hendaklah mengambil kira dan boleh menghendaki keterangan tentang cara perhubungan dan pengangkutan.
