Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 72
(1) A defendant may pay money into Court in satisfaction of the claim or any part thereof and may also pay into Court a sum of money in respect of costs. (2) The defendant shall give notice to the plaintiff of the payment into Court and, where the payment is less than the amount claimed, the notice shall state in respect of what the payment is made.
Pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah
(1) Defendan boleh membayar wang ke dalam Mahkamah sebagai penyelesaian tuntutan atau mana-mana bahagian tuntutan itu dan boleh juga membayar ke dalam Mahkamah sejumlah wang berkenaan dengan kos. (2) Defendan hendaklah memberikan notis kepada plaintif mengenai pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah itu dan, jika pembayaran itu kurang daripada amaun yang dituntut, notis itu hendaklah menyatakan berkenaan dengan apa pembayaran itu dibuat.
