Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 73
Subject to sections 26 and 78, where the payment into Court is of the amount claimed or the plaintiff elects to take it in satisfaction of the whole of his claim, the amount shall be paid out to him, and he may obtain judgment for all costs actually incurred prior to his receiving notice of the payment into Court, and costs of entering judgment for such costs, unless paid without order. Pembayaran daripada Mahkamah
Tertakluk pada seksyen 26 dan 78, jika pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah sama dengan amaun yang dituntut atau plaintif memilih untuk menerimanya sebagai penyelesaian keseluruhan tuntutannya, amaun itu hendaklah dibayar daripada Mahkamah kepadanya, dan dia boleh mendapatkan penghakiman bagi kesemua kos yang sebenarnya dilakukan sebelum dia menerima notis pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah itu, dan kos untuk mencatatkan penghakiman bagi kos itu, melainkan jika dibayar tanpa perintah.
