Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 89
(1) Where the Judge of any Court is satisfied that any proceedings in that Court can be more conveniently or fairly tried in some other Court, he may order the proceedings to be transferred to the other Court. (2) Any transfer of any proceedings under subsection (1) may be made by the Judge of his own motion or on the application of any party by notice.
Pemindahan prosiding ke suatu Mahkamah yang lain
(1) Jika Hakim mana-mana Mahkamah berpuas hati bahawa mana-mana prosiding di dalam Mahkamah itu boleh dengan lebih senang atau adil dibicarakan di dalam suatu Mahkamah yang lain, maka dia boleh memerintahkan supaya prosiding itu dipindahkan ke Mahkamah yang lain itu. (2) Apa-apa pemindahan mana-mana prosiding di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh dibuat oleh Hakim atas kehendaknya sendiri atau atas permohonan mana-mana pihak melalui notis.
