s 90 Procedure on transfer
(1) Where an order is made for the transfer of any proceedings from one Court to another Court, the Court from which the proceedings are transferred shall send to the Court to which the proceedings are transferred the file, all documents, exhibits and certified copies of the notes of evidence of the proceedings, if any.
(2) The Court to which the proceedings are transferred may, of its own motion or on the application of any party, give such directions as to the further conduct of the proceedings as it may think fit.

Tatacara mengenai pemindahan
(1) Apabila suatu perintah dibuat bagi pemindahan mana-mana prosiding daripada satu Mahkamah kepada satu Mahkamah yang lain, Mahkamah yang daripadanya prosiding itu dipindahkan hendaklah menghantar kepada Mahkamah yang kepadanya prosiding itu dipindahkan fail, segala dokumen, ekshibit dan salinan diperakui bagi nota keterangan prosiding itu, jika ada.
(2) Mahkamah yang kepadanya prosiding itu dipindahkan boleh, atas kehendaknya sendiri atau atas permohonan mana-mana pihak, memberikan apa-apa arahan tentang perjalanan lanjut prosiding itu sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
