s 92 Procedure on transfer from Syariah High Court to Syariah Subordinate Court
(1) Where by an order of the Syariah High Court any proceedings are ordered to be transferred to a Syariah Subordinate Court, or an issue is directed to be tried in such a Court, the Registrar shall, on receipt of the order or certified copies of the order, enter the proceedings in the appropriate Register of Cases, and give notice in Form MS 17, at least fourteen days before the day of appearance, to every party to appear before the Court for such directions as to the further conduct of the proceedings.
(2) Subject to any directions contained in the order of the Syariah High Court, the trial shall proceed as if the proceedings had commenced in a Syariah Subordinate Court.

Tatacara mengenai pemindahan daripada Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah kepada Mahkamah Rendah Syariah
(1) Jika melalui suatu perintah Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah manamana prosiding diperintahkan supaya dipindahkan kepada Mahkamah Rendah Syariah, atau sesuatu isu diarahkan supaya dibicarakan di Mahkamah itu, Pendaftar hendaklah, apabila menerima perintah atau salinan diperakui bagi perintah itu, mencatatkan prosiding itu dalam Daftar Kes yang berkenaan, dan memberikan notis dalam Borang MS 17, sekurang-kurangnya empat belas hari sebelum hari kehadiran, kepada tiap-tiap pihak supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah untuk mendapatkan apa-apa arahan tentang perjalanan lanjut prosiding itu.
(2) Tertakluk pada apa-apa arahan yang terkandung dalam perintah Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah, perbicaraan itu hendaklah diteruskan seolah-olah prosiding itu telah dimulakan di Mahkamah Rendah Syariah.
