s 93 Procedure on transfer from Syariah Subordinate Court to Syariah High Court
Where an order is made by the Syariah High Court for the transfer of any proceedings from a Syariah Subordinate Court to the Syariah High Court, the Registrar of the Syariah Subordinate Court shall send to the Registrar of the Syariah High Court the file of the proceedings, all documents, exhibits and certified copies of the notes of evidence, if any, and the Registrar shall give notice of the transfer in Form MS 18 to every party to the action.

Tatacara mengenai pemindahan daripada Mahkamah Rendah Syariah kepada Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah
Jika suatu perintah dibuat oleh Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah bagi pemindahan mana-mana prosiding daripada Mahkamah Rendah Syariah kepada Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah, maka Pendaftar Mahkamah Rendah Syariah hendaklah menghantar kepada Pendaftar Mahkamah Tinggi Syariah fail prosiding itu, segala dokumen, ekshibit dan salinan diperakui bagi nota keterangan, jika ada, dan Pendaftar hendaklah memberikan notis pemindahan itu dalam Borang MS 18 kepada tiap-tiap pihak dalam tindakan itu.
