s 98 Withdrawal of defence
A defendant may at any time by giving notice to the plaintiff withdraw his defence or any part thereof and shall, in such event, be precluded from defending the proceedings or any part thereof, as the case may be.

Penarikan balik pembelaan
Defendan boleh pada bila-bila masa dengan memberikan notis kepada plaintif menarik balik pembelaannya atau mana-mana bahagian daripada pembelaannya itu dan hendaklah, dalam keadaan itu dihalang daripada membela prosiding itu atau mana-mana bahagian daripada prosiding itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
