Syariah Court Civil Procedure (Federal Territories) Act 1998 s 97
Where the plaintiff has withdrawn any proceedings under section 95 and he is liable to pay any other party’s costs of the action, then, if before payment of such costs he subsequently brings an action for the same, or substantially the same, cause of action, the Court may order the proceedings in that action to be stayed until such costs are paid.

Jika plaintif telah menarik balik mana-mana prosiding di bawah seksyen 95 dan dia bertanggungan membayar kos mana-mana pihak lain dalam tindakan itu, maka jika sebelum kos itu dibayar dia kemudiannya membawa suatu tindakan bagi kausa tindakan yang sama, atau bagi kausa tindakan yang pada matannya sama, Mahkamah boleh memerintahkan supaya prosiding dalam tindakan itu digantung sehingga kos itu dibayar.
