Where the plaintiff has withdrawn the proceedings under section 95, he shall not thereafter bring an action for the same, or substantially the same, cause of action unless the Court has granted leave to institute fresh proceedings.
Kesan penarikan balik ke atas prosiding selanjutnya
Jika plaintif telah menarik balik prosiding di bawah seksyen 95, dia tidak boleh kemudiannya membawa tindakan bagi kausa tindakan yang sama, atau bagi kausa tindakan yang pada matannya sama melainkan jika Mahkamah telah memberikan kebenaran untuk memulakan prosiding yang baharu.
